The Spill Over Effect is what I like to call this hack and it is what makes it so that you do not have to make 20 new goals and stick to them in order to have 20 massive changes happen in your life.
When people set goals they tend to do it in two ways. One is to segment their lives into compartments like…I want fanatical success or I want tip-top health success, or I want epic marital success…and then they focus on that one area so much that the other areas of their life get neglected.
The other version is the person who wants life success and so they will create goals, usually hefty life goals, in five or six areas of life and quickly find themselves overwhelmed by all the changes they are trying to force and break, figuratively or literally
