Introducing the Physical Activity Bundle.
Inside this bundle you will find two very fun resources for keeping kids active with no real effort on your part.
First, you’ll find the kids activity jar list. This list contains several fun actions for kids to act out. You cut up each strip and stick them in a cup or jar. Pull one out when your kids need a brain break and let them have some fun performing the action.
Second, you’ll find the Spring brain break dice. This includes a blank dice template and a collection of fun physical activities for your kids to enjoy. Stick one action one each side of your dice template then fold it up and glue. Roll the dice to see what action your kids get to act out and watch them have some fun!
And finally, you’ll find a couple pages worth of indoor obstacle course cards. Use them to set up your own physical obstacle course, either indoors or outdoors. Each obstacle includes challenges like wiggle like a jellyfish, chomp like a shark, walk like a crab, and so on. Very good way to get some exercise in.
