Why Use Mad Libs Word Lists?

Sometimes when you’re enjoying a Mad Libs activity book or a printable Fill in the Blank Copywork Page, you come across a key word prompt that just leaves you stumped. Mad Lib examples can help.

Even if you know exactly what the prompt is asking for (noun, verb, adjective, etc), you might still draw a complete blank and have no idea what to put in the space.

Or even worse, you might be stuck on one or two words and can’t seem to come up with anything original. (There are only so many times you can insert the word ‘jump’ into your verb spaces before things become redundant, for example.)
