A Victorious Kids Book
Written and Illustrated by Benjamin Hess

The principles I am teaching in this book are:
- Just because you are put in charge does not mean you’re the leader yet.
- You must build relationships with all of your people.
- If you have a relationship with people, then they will follow you – if you have accomplished something worth following.
- Make sure you train your people
- People will follow you for what you have done for them.
- People outside of the project you’re expert in will ask your advice on unrelated subjects because of your leadership accomplishments.

Better a Child, Better the World:
We are trying to gauge the amount of positive impact that these Victorious Kids stories and life success skills are having on the world. So we would really appreciate it if you would read the story to your children and then tell us what kind of changes it brings to them by commenting below.
Good, bad, unexpected, all of it.
Our first goal is to positively impact 1 million children from around the world with these stories but we have very limited ways of knowing unless you give us a comment and tell us your story.
Thanks for being a great part of our lives.
Also if your child is having a specific repeating problem that you would like a story to help with let us know and we can add it to the list of stories to write.
