Easter is a great time to write. Here are 45 Easter journal prompts for kids to get them writing about the joyous season!

The first five Easter writing prompts come in our brand new printable. This printable contains five different prompts that come in picture form.

There are three cute Easter prompts printables with images like Easter eggs, and there are two with Christian resurrection themes such as the empty tomb.

And to help differentiate, there are two versions of each prompt – one writing prompt for kindergarten, first, and second graders that just asks for a sentence about each picture. These also have larger lines to make it easier for the young ones to write.

The other version of each printable asks older students to write stories about each picture. The lines are smaller, and each includes and extra lined sheet of paper.

This printable makes it easy to just print and go for all ages of kids in your homeschool or classroom.
