This indoor obstacle course is probably my favorite item on this list of fun exercise games for elementary kids. Once you download this activity, you'll be able to print out the pages of station challenges.
Set a challenge at each station and your kids must perform activities such as wiggle like a jellyfish or walk like a crab all the way to the next station. With 16 station challenges, you've got the makings for a super fun indoor or outdoor obstacle course!
These Spring Brain Break Dice are super fun. You'll get a paper dice template that you can cover with the physical challenges provided or fill in your own. Then roll the dice and your kids must perform the activity that is on the face of the dice.
It's a lot of fun and appropriate for indoor exercise for kids.
This Physical Activity Jar is easy to use both at home and while you're out and about. Just print out the paper, cut out the slips, and put them in a bowl, jar, or baggie.
When your kids need to get some energy out, just have them draw a slip and perform the activity at hand. If you keep your baggie in your purse, this could even be a transportable physical activity to keep your kids occupied while waiting at places such as the doctor's office.
Tons of fun and totally free!
